Quit smoking, drink less alcohol, lose weight, eat healthy food and get fit, get a better education and/or job, reduce debt and save money, manage stress, travel, volunteer and the more recent goal to reduce, reuse and recycle.
While New Year’s Day may provide some people with the needed motivation, the desire to pursue change should be something to consider every day.
