Woman Pope One Day?

Whether or not the next pope is an advocate for change or maintaining the status quo, particularly as it relates to an adherence to centuries of traditions, some people believe the long-term survival of the church may depend on its ongoing ability to meet the needs of those it serves. Although many of the world’s major religions have evolved without too much challenge, perhaps due in part to the past segregation of cultures, the advances being made in both personal education and technological development are now building bridges between societies replacing the fences that once separated us.

While we may find a cure for cancer before there is a woman pope, embracing change, even though it may be incremental in pace, is fundamental to the survival of successful organizations. Why should organized religion be any different?
