Obama: Common Sense 101

Last July while in Toronto attending the Invictus Games former U.S. President Barack Obama was interviewed by the U.K.'s Prince Harry. The full BBC interview was only released on Dec. 27th. Although Mr. Obama made no direct reference to the current U.S. president, the following comment reinforces the notion that people need to look beyond narrowly focused thinking.

“One of the dangers of the internet is people can have entirely different realities. They can be just cocooned in information that reinforces their current biases.”

Words of great significance for those that tend to view the world with an unhealthy suspicion of everything that does not complement their own thinking.
