While today may be the
last day of the work week for some people, aka: TGIF, it is also the last full
day of summer. Tomorrow, Sat. Sept. 22, the official start of fall commences at
10:49AM (EDT). How’s that for trivia? Although many people in this part of the
country look forward to the cooler temperatures and colours of the fall
foliage, the declining hours of daylight accompanied by the knowledge that the
white stuff is not too far away is not something I can embrace with too much
enthusiasm.
