Stephen Harper....What Can We Say?

Stephen Harper could have and should have given up leadership of the Conservative Party last year. He could have retired riding the high wave. A new Conservative leader would have had a better chance in getting the Conservatives re-elected. Mr. Harper ought to have known that voters were looking for a new face. He opted, for whatever reason, to hang in and go down with the ship!  One of his parting comments last night was “Know also this: The disappointment you also feel is my responsibility, and mine alone,”  At least, you got that right Mr Harper.
