Group hugs no match for ISIL threat

The terrorist attacks in Paris are a reminder that fighting and defeating ISIL will require a reconsideration of Prime Minister Trudeau's plan to scale back on Canada's combat commitment. Even though our current military involvement may be limited, the solidarity of NATO must be unwavering. We need to see our Prime Minister step forward and commit to stand with our NATO allies to eliminate ISIL. Right now, Canada needs a leadership that reassures Canadians with actions that are more commendable than group hugs and selfies.
