Cuckoo's Nest or The White House?

As I watch Donald Trump give speeches, and consider those that are constantly having to explain what he meant, I feel I am watching an updated version of the movie "One flew over the cuckoo's nest". Thankfully, I am not watching a version of "The Shining", or am I?  Will someone please get the medication?
