Where's Puff?

Canada’s “don’t worry, be happy” federal Liberals and their Ontario counterparts are creating a Pandora’s box with their approach to the sale of marijuana. Ontario’s tactic appears tailored to both the risk adverse and those with other interests and not for users.  If the main objective of the Ontario government was to create excessive restrictions for those on their journey to the land of bliss, they have succeeded. This approach however may do little to eliminate the black market and wasn’t that one of the concerns? In a few years, this strategy may be assessed as a road to hell that was paved with good intentions.
