Mabry Mill In February

While milepost 176 on the Blue Ridge Parkway may draw more visitors during the warmer weather, the Mabry Mill is still a captivating site during the month of February. And unlike those that must endure the colder temperatures in some areas, at an elevation of 2913 feet the pond is without ice. My kind of winter.

 

And the views along the parkway are spectacular.
