Happy New Year

While some people pursue New Year's resolutions that are related to their own physical health such as exercise and diets, psychological health is equally important. Keeping in mind the following quote from a well-known prayer may provide some benefit in that regard.

"accept the things I cannot change, courage to change the things I can and the wisdom to know the difference"      

And yet what seems to be such a basic concept, it can be a challenge for some people.

May 2015 bring you good health in all its forms.
