Did Trudeau Insult China?

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s arrival in Beijing included a military and red-carpet welcome. Officials greeting the PM were also appropriately attired. Unfortunately, Mr. Trudeau opted for more casual clothing that is best suited for a meeting at a coffee shop. I hope the Chinese were not too offended by Trudeau’s apparent indifference to their official welcome ceremony.
